I sure am ready to get on the plane to head to Orlando! I wish these people would hurry up and stop printing things this morning. No worries though, we’ll be heading to the airport in about an hour. SUN! Flip flops! Lots of people to get my photo taken with! Here I come :)

Amazing Grace Screening at NRB

A lot of anticipation is surrounding the movie ‘Amazing Grace’ and I am one individual that is curious to know whether the movie warrents the buzz. At NRB this year, they will be screening the movie on Sunday, Feb 18th at 8pm. I will not be able to see it but if you do go OR you’ve seen the movie elsewhere - let us know what you thought about the movie. Give us a ranking between 1 and 5 (5 being bestest) and lots of adjectives.

For those who are wondering what the blue-hairs-on-scooters i’m talking about: ” it is an epic story of abiding faith and uncommon courage, William Wilberforce and a community of abolitionists awaken the conscience of a nation, taking on the most powerful interests of their day to end the British slave trade. It is the true story of a reluctant leader called to do the impossible and the loyal friends who risk everything to join him.”

Introducing SupermanYou gotta understand, our company is made up of very competitive folk. Everything from guessing a baby’s birth weight, to eating cupcakes, to the NCAA March Madness…somehow we turn every day things into a competitive sport.

It’s funny how these internal competitions are really about the fun that comes from winning. I say that because the prizes are pretty…let’s just say…symbolic. We compete, not for money or gift cards, but the prestige of being able to display a plastic trophy on our desk.
