Many of you have already heard Silas Partners and Trinet Internet Solutions have joined together to form one combined company. Many people may be asking what does this mean for me?

If you are a client than this means we will be able to serve you even better than before. Silas Partners and Trinet possess highly talented and committed teams, our respective skills and abilities are complementary in many ways. The coming together of Silas Partners and Trinet allows us to offer our clients greater depth of expertise across a broader range of services.

If you were thinking about becoming a client it means Silas Partners can now do even more to help you succeed online.

So what’s changing is usually the next question, the short answer: not much.

Silas Partners will continue to operate out of its offices here in Alexandria, VA, and we will continue to provide service as division of Trinet, focused exclusively on the ministry and non-profit market.

In the short term, the service you are receiving from us will not change, nor will your primary point of contact. In the long term, you can expect to see expanded services, as the strengths of each company are combined.

The one small change that you will notice is on the billing side. As the identity of our parent company has changed, you will now be receiving invoices from Trinet, and payment will be sent to a different address. This change is effective immediately, and will be reflected in your February invoice. Enclosed with the invoice will be an insert, providing a new mailing address, as well as contact information for billing-related questions.

We are planning on contacting all our current clients in future weeks to provide additional updates as we make progress in bringing the two companies together. I have known John Carley, the founder of Trinet, as a personal friend for over five years, and we have similar values and a shared vision.
